Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Time To 3D. We appreciate your business and the confidence you have placed in us. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to return & refund or cancellation of an order. By placing an order or making a purchase with Time To 3D, including on this website, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

RETURN POLICY
Products sold are under manufacturer's warranty. In case you find the product not working properly after you have opened the packaging, we will replace or exchange the product without any question asked. Products can be returned within Seven (7) days after it has been delivered to you if one of the below conditions is satisfied:

  • Product is received in a damaged condition;
  • Product is defective;
  • Product is different from the item you have ordered.

If any of the above conditions are met, you should file a return case with us by first sending us an email on info@timeto3d.com and include the following information in your email:

1. Order/Invoice No.
2. Item(s) you wish to return
3. Reason for return
4. Your name, billing address and contact number

While returning the product to us please ensure that it is unused, in its original packing, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase. All costs associated with returning the product to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be borne by you. Once we receive the product, we will verify its condition and packaging and upon confirmation by the inspection team that the product is an unacceptable condition, we will dispatch a new replacement product to you.

Returns will not be accepted if:
  • Return request is made outside of the of the specified time frame;
  • Anything is missing from the original packaging including price tags, labels and accessories;
  • Product is tampered with or missing serial numbers
  • The product is a make-to-order or customized/personalized product, gift card and clearance or promotional item;
  • Defect in transformer, charger or adaptor as these are not included in warranty.

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email us immediately.

REFUND POLICY
We do not provide a refund under any circumstances unless and until the order has been cancelled by us or for any reason as listed below in the cancellation policy. If the order is cancelled by you, we are not liable to provide a refund. A refund will only be processed if:

  • We are unable to provide you with a replacement to the defective product;
  • We cancel your order from our side.

If either of the above conditions is met then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by you - Most of our products are customised and therefore under no circumstances will an order be cancelled once it has been confirmed, unless there is a manufacturing difficulty. For general non-customized products you can cancel your order before it has been shipped to you. In case the product has already been shipped to you then please do not accept delivery. Once the product has been delivered to you, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by us - We are liable to cancel an order even after it has been confirmed, under and not limited to, the following conditions:
  • Technical difficulties
  • Unavailability of materials;
  • Unfeasibility of the model;
  • Copyright infringement;
  • Destination of delivery.

In the event we cancel your partial or entire order, we will contact you via email and except in cases of fraud or other violations of our policies, issue you a full refund for the cancelled item(s) or product(s).
